9.1 EU Refund Policy
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. We will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

For one-time purchases (e.g. lifetime deals) in the EU, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. After 14 days, refunds for one-time purchases may be issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
